• Install

  • Storyboard Editor plugin for XD is installed
  • Stroyboard importer extension for Pr is installed

• Update

  • the plugin and the extension are updated

• Uninstall

  • removes the plugin and the extension
  • also clears kwkcontrol.reg but does not clear the entry in database

  Before uninstall, user should transfer the license. See Transfer

  kwkcontrol.reg has an encrypted license information.

• Show license tells ether Pro (purchased) or Basic(not purchased)

  

• Activate

  • user inputs email and an activation code that is purchased in store
    • kwkcontrol.reg is generated in assets folder of the XD pluging directory
    • app connects database to obtain an expiry date.
  • Automatically app connects database to sync the expiry date.
    • user needs to pay for another monthly or annual subscription from store to extend the date.

• Transfer

  • user can activate it in another computer
  • app clears the entry in database and also kwkcontrol.reg is removed
  

• go to store

  • opens the shop site in browser
