In XD, you can find the plugin from Menu

• Plugins > Manage Plugins. Click Enable of Storyboard Editor plugin.

Then you can find Storyboard Editor in PLUGINS panel. Click the icon at the left bottom corner.

Then Plugins list appears.

• click Editor Panel of Storybard Editor

  

• click Menu button to open the panel
