Steps

1. Download storyboard-plugin-manager_YY-MM-DD.dmg. You can find the link here

2. Click the .dmg file and you can drag Storyboard Plugin Manager app to your Application folder

   

3. Clikc to start the app

   

Mac Setting > Securty & Privacy. App Store and identified developers should be enabled.
