Import

There are 4 buttons of import.

When you have a worksheet image file or images for shots of a storyboard, import them into XD. Then use the import function of the plugin.

Storyboarder button

this command imports a .storyboarder file with images created by Wonder Unit Storyboader application

It opens a dialog to select a folder which contains .storyboader file with images. Select the folder to import a scene made in WU Storyboarder to XD.

Worksheet button

this command cuts out the images from worksheet image (.PNG or .JPG).

  1. import a worksheet image file to XD. Put it on the master artboard(scene) of storyboard_tempalte.xd

  2. overlay a repeat grid of a rectangle over the worksheet image.

  3. select the repart grid and the worksheet image together

  4. Then click Worksheet button

The plugin create a repeat grid of rectangles

Images button

this commands copies the selected images on the master artboard(scene) to a new scene of a storyboard.

  1. Import images from XD > File > Import

  2. Select images

  3. Click Images button

Fountain script button

this commands imports a fountain script. Select a .fountain file in File dialog
